Your big day is right around the corner. You have all the vendors booked, your timeline is on its final draft, RSVPs have been collected, and now you’re just working on those last-minute details.

But have you figured out how your "vision board" is going to come to life the day-of? Who’s setting your tables with your beautiful centrepieces and florals? Who’s placing out your name cards, so your caterer knows who’s having what entree? Who’s lighting all the candles before your guests arrive? If the answer to the above is Aunt Marie, or Uncle Bill or “I’m not sure yet,” or worst of all….YOU—then you need my help.

Of course, your family is going to say yes when you ask if they will swing by the venue before the ceremony and fold 150 napkins and set them at each place setting.

Of course, they will say yes when you ask them to pick up the cake and drop it off on the way to the reception. Of course, they will say yes when you let them know you have to have all of the decor torn down by 3:00 am, the floors swept and mopped and all rentals piled neatly in a corner so could they please stay and help tear down. They will say yes to it all, but you don’t have to ask them.
